Power Tools!

Today I got to use my jigsaw which I was one of the best Christmas presents I have ever received. Using it, however, was exciting, empowering and terrifying at the same time. The fact that my brother and his friend were watching me and winding me up along the way didn't help either but I got there in the end.

So now I've taken off the bottom I'll be able to attach the fancy new legs when they arrive. I've also pretty much covered the whole thing in wood filler to cover up the dodgy DIY and years of bashing it around.

This project is dragging on quite a bit because I keep deciding to do more to it, poor old chest of drawers. Next week I should be sanding and painting and hopefully attaching the legs. It should be finished by the weekend. 

Finger crossed. My room's a mess without them!
